PORTFOLIO PROJECT

I am mid-build on a portfolio project that would reconnect shoppers with their favorite festival and market vendors for future purchases and engagement, and provide a path for vendors to re-engage with their past and potential shoppers with the possiblity of push notifications and calendars showing future locations and events.

  • Personas

    Putting the work in at this step encourages fidelity to your end users across the entire production cycle. They help you understand the behaviors, pain points, motivations, and goals of different user segments.

  • Journey Mapping

    Completing a full journey map exercise at the beginning of the project ensures the project team has a full picture to work with when designing user work flows and solving for pain points.

  • Wireframes

    Wireframes are a meant to be a fast way to get a point across to stakeholders and team members. Lessons abound like what might have seemed simple is not, or feature M needs to be a toggle not a checkmark.
